Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Experience with scenario planning for technological black swan events
