Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Lead the end-to-end design and development of robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- API Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to integrate third-party services and internal systems.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD) on AWS and ensure high availability and security of production environments.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and standardize best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Excellent debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, collaborative environment.
