Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, responsive web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and established coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, or Styled Components) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
