Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring excellent SEO performance for our Tucson-based clients.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code through regular code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development and search engine optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to frontend development.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
- Proven track record of working in a remote team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
