What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define and implement features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for millions of users.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React.js, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote, distributed team setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
