Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement optimization strategies to improve site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
- Execute keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Develop and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including link building campaigns.
- Monitor search engine algorithms and update strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics and Search Console to report on performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all marketing materials.
- Lead mentorship for junior SEO staff and contribute to team strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search traffic.
- Strong understanding of Google’s latest algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with technical SEO, including schema markup, site architecture, and core web vitals.
