Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of robust, scalable software architectures using modern technologies.
- Code Implementation: Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to company standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment focused on technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a related field.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Tools: Strong understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
