Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive development

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to stakeholders
