Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry predictions
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and academic research institutions
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and innovation ROI
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation mindsets across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Strong background in agile/lean methodologies and strategic planning frameworks
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
