Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and emerging innovations to forecast industry shifts affecting our 2026 strategic vision
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives
- Evaluate and recommend strategic partnerships for emerging technology adoption
- Present technology strategy insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech deployment
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic technology adoption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Track record of identifying and capitalizing on disruptive innovations
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
