- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-grade tech initiatives >$50M
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 tech committees
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Go preferred)
- Certified in quantum computing architecture (IBM Qiskit or equivalent)
