- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into current development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and innovation workshops
- Manage technology incubation initiatives for breakthrough innovations with 3-5 year horizons
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech)
- Track record of translating complex tech concepts into board-level strategic recommendations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- Prior success in securing $5M+ innovation budgets for emerging tech initiatives
