Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) and forecast their impact on industry verticals by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business growth objectives
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation team of engineers and researchers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching tech products with future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation journals
