Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) with strategic value
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives from concept to market validation
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property protection frameworks
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging tech investments
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI/deep technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (3+ major launches)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Deep network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology trends
