Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategies aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future tech experimentation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Certification in innovation management or strategic planning (e.g., CIMP, CPSM)
