- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
