Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead scenario planning for future regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor activities in adjacent sectors
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and experimentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting tech trends and market shifts
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation journals preferred
