Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Develop implementation frameworks for disruptive innovations across business units
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing C-level technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
