Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystem
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market expansion
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation vectors
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough technologies with ROI-focused roadmaps
- Mentor senior technologists and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or MBA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
