Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-integrated systems)
- Architect innovation frameworks for AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Direct cross-functional R&D sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
