Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic tech planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
