Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AI ethics frameworks) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2030-vision capabilities
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotechnology
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent future-tech accreditation
- Track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with scenario planning for technological singularity events
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
