Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and assess disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech insights into corporate vision and investment decisions
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Present strategic technology forecasts to stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Experience building innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) highly valued
