Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Drive R&D investments in climate-positive technologies and circular economy models
- Mentor technical teams in exponential technology adoption methodologies
- Present future-tech insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling quantum/neurotech initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting frameworks
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Advanced degree in CS, Physics, or Bioengineering with PhD preferred
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or equivalent
