- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams (>50 members)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures forecasting tools
