- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 3-year implementation cycles
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D partnerships
- Monitor global tech policy impacts and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5-year+ roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization mastery (Tableau/Power BI)
- Track record securing $1M+ budgets for experimental initiatives
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with tech specialization
