Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ relevance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Analyze ROI and risk factors for emerging technology investments
- Author strategic briefs for executive leadership and board presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
