Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and technology disruption forecasting
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology implementation
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Deep understanding of global technology adoption patterns and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
