Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen products with 10+ year market vision
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible development of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year development cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
