- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Architect cross-functional innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and industry boards
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify strategic investment opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
