Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain infrastructure, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience leading multi-million dollar R&D initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Portfolio of implemented strategic technology transformations
