Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a network of external tech partners, startups, and academic institutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in leadership positions
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and forecasting abilities with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
