Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global initiatives
- Scrum Master certification
