Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to assess viability of emerging technologies (Web3, biotech interfaces, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive technologies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026+ digital ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformations
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, Web3, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation communities (e.g., IEEE, Singularity University alumni)
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CSTM, CTO)
