- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative R&D
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology frameworks in product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing multi-million dollar decisions
