Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in CTO/VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech organizations through disruptive innovation
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Strong financial acumen for multi-million dollar tech investment decisions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
