Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead strategic partnerships with research labs and quantum hardware providers
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Drive patent strategy for emerging IP in post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystem dynamics
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with focus on quantum theory
- Strong background in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
