Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology innovation strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and mentor a high-performance innovation lab
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting future adoption
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Experience presenting at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- MBA or advanced technical degree (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
