Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3-5 disruptive innovations annually
- Present strategic roadmaps and ROI analyses to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
