Responsibilities
- Scan global tech landscape to identify disruptive innovations and emerging trends for 2026+ applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire innovation lifecycle from ideation to market launch
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate R&D
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible implementation frameworks
- Measure and iterate on technology adoption strategies using advanced analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies
