- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices across all product lines
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of strategic technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing breakthrough technologies at scale (3+ major launches)
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum supremacy, neuromorphic computing, or climate-tech AI
- Experience securing $50M+ R&D budgets and managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE) with >500 citations
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Global network connections with top 1% of tech innovators and VCs
