Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for IoT, blockchain, and metaverse ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps and customer experience frameworks
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 2026 tech adoption curves
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling innovative tech products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized systems, or synthetic biology
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
