Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products/services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast market disruption
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities
- MS/MBA in technology, engineering, or business required
- Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
