- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to integrate strategic foresight into daily operations.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of innovation and future-thinking across the organization.
- Monitor global tech competitors and benchmark our innovation pipeline against industry leaders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on future market trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and sustainable tech trends is highly preferred.
