As part of our elite Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop strategic initiatives that leverage AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence. You'll shape our patent portfolio and identify acquisition targets in nascent markets while building cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, Web3) for commercial viability
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts to the board and secure innovation budgets
- Drive patent strategy in emerging domains (15+ filings annually)
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching future-ready tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (H-index >20)
- Experience securing multi-million innovation budgets
- Expertise in scenario planning and tech impact assessment
