- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, climate tech, and immersive experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation across R&D initiatives
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire transformative startups
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in future-tech roles (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy/regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 innovations
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
