Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build partnerships with innovation labs and academic research institutions
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
- Design organizational frameworks for agile adaptation to technological acceleration
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for trend communication
- Experience with AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Exceptional storytelling ability to complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
