Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural movements to identify transformative opportunities for 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Author white papers and trend reports positioning our brand as a thought leader
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing future market needs
- Monitor global signals via proprietary horizon scanning methodologies
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into successful business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and public speaking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or trend analysis
