Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global innovation strategy through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Produce quarterly foresight reports predicting technological disruptions and market shifts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and build an internal foresight intelligence network
- Drive strategic investments in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
