Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, human augmentation, and decentralized economies
- Author high-impact whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies' societal implications
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging startups
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG imperatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at Davos or similar high-stakes forums
